Vi̋nḱ Nidíē Vǖy (/ŋgɑ̋ɜː/ /ndɪ́æ/ [master] [excrement; shit]) is a subtropical Town located in the Nō̌gzó̄r Provence of the Kingdom of Hobben.
The name Vi̋nḱ Nidíē Vǖy is derived from the Goblin language, as Vi̋nḱ Nidíē Vǖy was founded by Carandoliel, who was culturaly Hobgoblin.
Climate
Vi̋nḱ Nidíē Vǖy has a yearly average temperature of 21°C (69°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a warm 29°C (84°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a cool 13°C (55°F). Overview
Vi̋nḱ Nidíē Vǖy was founded durring the late 10th century, by Carandoliel. The establishment of Vi̋nḱ Nidíē Vǖy was plagued by a lack of willing colonists. After attempts to pay people to resettle failed Carandoliel struck deals with nearby nations and communities to establish Vi̋nḱ Nidíē Vǖy as a prison colony.
Vi̋nḱ Nidíē Vǖy was built using the conventions of Hobgoblin durring the late 10th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Vi̋nḱ Nidíē Vǖy is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.
Vi̋nḱ Nidíē Vǖy is buildings are arranged arround a single restrictive flagstone mainstreet with many smaller streets branching off of it which gives the town a over all rectangular shape, albit one warped and twisted by the nature of the curves of the main road. The town emploies a series of defencive earthworks, spikes, and fences to provide some protection against wild beasts and smaller groups of intelegent foes. Vi̋nḱ Nidíē Vǖy's minimaly adiquite has sufferd soem light damage, reducing its function a little in some spots, but could almsot certainly preform as expected... Though some of the worse spots could lead to the loss of defenders lives if attackers identified the weaknesses ahead of time.

Cultural Notes
Life is hard in Vi̋nḱ Nidíē Vǖy. Its people are impoverished compared to their peers elsewhere. Something is making the locals stay, however, whether fear of the alternative, hope for a better future, or a stubborn attachment to their ancestral lands. Whatver the reason, living in this harsh area for generations has made the people of Vi̋nḱ Nidíē Vǖy a notably resourceful and hearty people.
Vi̋nḱ Nidíē Vǖy's chapel was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used has a sleek, linear appearance with stylized, often geometric ornamentation. The primary facade of its buildings often featured a series of set backs that create a stepped outline. Low-relief decorative panels can be found at entrances, around windows, along roof edges or as string courses. It was best known for its use of smooth finish building materials such as stucco, concrete block, glazed brick or mosaic tile. Decorative details can incorporate various artistic or exotic motifs to suit the building's function or the architect's whim. Chevrons, zigzags, and other geometrical motifs are common forms of ornament.
